Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mazda3 platform on any device — including a computer, smartphone, or tablet — you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mazda3 platform.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the terms are published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. mazda3 reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and it is the user's responsibility to review this document periodically.
This platform is only available to users aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally eligible to participate in the activities offered by the mazda3 platform.
Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the mazda3 platform. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. mazda3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to verify the information provided. Failure to comply with verification requests may result in restrictions on account functions, including deposits and withdrawals.

- Use a strong and unique password for your account
- Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the system
- Making transactions with the intent to defraud or manipulate the platform
Payments, Deposits and Withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the mazda3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform supports a variety of local payment methods, including bank transfers via FPX, popular Malaysian e-wallets, and other online payment methods listed in your account's deposit section.
Deposits will be credited to your account once successful transaction confirmation is received from the payment provider. Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. Any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment providers are beyond mazda3's control.
Withdrawal requests will be processed by mazda3 within the stipulated timeframe once all verification requirements have been met. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method or bank account bearing the same name as the registered account holder. mazda3 reserves the right to decline or delay withdrawals if there are indications of suspicious activity or if verification requirements have not been fully met.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Should you have any dispute regarding a transaction, please contact mazda3 customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Account Suspension, Closure and Limitation of Liability
Mazda3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without stated reason, including but not limited to: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, multiple account usage, or at the request of relevant law enforcement agencies.
If your account is closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may be subject to review and could be withheld while an investigation is carried out. Accounts closed at the user's own request will be processed in accordance with standard procedures requiring a final identity verification.
Mazda3 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, business disruption, or damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical outages, system maintenance, or events beyond the platform's control. mazda3's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Amendments to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the mazda3 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the exclusive property of mazda3 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from mazda3.
Third-Party Links
The mazda3 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mazda3 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Such links are provided solely for informational convenience and do not reflect mazda3's endorsement or approval of the linked content.
Amendments to Terms and Governing Law
Mazda3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the mazda3 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
